Shenzhen Releases the First Model Text of Aged-care Institution Service Contract

In order to standardize the service behavior of Shenzhen aged-care institutions as well as protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly, Shenzhen Municipal Administration of Market Supervision and the Civil Affairs Bureau jointly issued Shenzhen Aged-care Service Contract Model Text a few days ago. This text is the first model service contract for aged-care institutions in Shenzhen. It clearly stipulates the whole process of service in these institutions. The Text clarifies the rights and obligations between the institutions and the elderly residents & their guarantors, the content of elderly care services, the guarantee measures for chargings, as well as the liability for breach of contract, refund clauses, and dispute resolution between two parties.
