Nine Departments Jointly Promote Community Aged-care from Five Aspects

Nine Departments, namely National Health Commission, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministries of Civil Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development, Ministry of Emergency Management, National Healthcare Security Administration, National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and China Disabled Persons' Federation, jointly issued the Notice on Carrying out the Promotion Action of Integrating Community Healthcare and Age-care Ability. The Notice required to make use of the primary resources in healthcare and aged-care service efficiently so as to enhance the home-based service ability integrating healthcare and aged-care and meet the demands of the elderly.
