Sunshine is like a natural main light lightening the hall on the first floor through the scuttle. The round-shape reception island becomes the view center like an energy ring.

On one side of the hall, there is a café. The diatom mud wall remains a surface of the grain structure. With green plants and modern compound material, it creates richer space dimension.

The interlayer is designed into a suspension book bar. This is a corner meeting the demands of residents on daily leisure.

Enjoying a cup of coffee means enjoying the slow time. More importantly, the café has a beside water platform about 380㎡. In the afternoon, you can have a rest here and recover in the landscape of sun setting.

Besides the café, there is also a children play hall of about 830㎡ and a multifunctional space of about  640㎡ on the first floor to meet the demands of children and residents on high-quality playing and sports.

Orange is the feature color of the play hall. It has different windows with childish shapes and three exists, ensuring the indoor ventilation and lighting.

Seven themed spaces, namely 3D-Maze, Endless Ball Sea, Bouncing Room, Fun Tree Room, Adventure City, Courage Climbing and Interesting Reading Area, release the nature of children and make them strong and healthy physically and mentally.

A Competition on Professional Court
