Joyful Dragon Boat Festival at Yangxian Xishan

On the afternoon of June 2nd, Yada Academy and Yada Greentown Property Management jointly held the community activity themed Joyful Dragon Boat Festival at Yangxian Xishan at No. 23 Hall of Bamboo House Cluster. Xishan residents gathered to talk about the folk custom, watch performance, wave egg bags, make color-line cord, cook zongzi and tie wormwood, welcoming the Dragon Boat Festival together joyfully.

Residents from different regions of China shared their folk customs on Dragon Boat Festival at their hometowns, recalled the festival memory at their childhood. They said they were very happy to spend the festival together at Yangxian Xishan.

Staff of the Property Management and residents from different clubs made wonderful performance. Attractive songs and joyful dances won bursts of applause.

With the guidance of Yada Academy staff, residents experience the festival folk customs, such as waving egg bags, making color-line cord and tying wormwood together, expressing their best wishes.

On the site, Yada Greentown Property Management prepared zongzi materials. All participants experienced the joy of making zongzi.

The Activity started the series of Dragon Boat Festival Activities at Yangxian Xishan. On the afternoon of June 3rd, the 12th session of Yada Academy Lectures & Talks will be held at the Lecture Hall of the Academy. The theme is on White Lady. From June 3rd to 5th, Yada Academy will organize folk custom display. Residents from different clubs will hold culture activities, such as writing manuscript Buddhist Scripture, recitation, singing and dancing. Town Center also welcome travelers and residents to spend a happy Dragon Boat Festival by delicacies and diversified experience.
