Yada Wuzhen and Gaochun Parks Deliver Chinese-style Courtyard Concurrently for Ideal Life

On June 25th, Chinese-style Courtyard Cluster “Stream Yard” of Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park and “Jiangnan Yard” Phase II of Nanjing Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park launched delivery concurrently. Nearly one hundred exquisitely-created Jiangnan-style courtyards were delivered to their owners, creating ideal life together.

Stream Yard, locating at the northeast of Wuzhen Park, followed the new Chinese architectural style of Wuzhen Graceland. The design reflects the living style of the Yangtze River, and offers, and offers residents the oriental humanity & life aesthetics.

The public landscape of Stream Yard pursed the originality for the well-built living space. All buildings are arranged along the water system. The house is adjusted according to the size of water courtyard, restoring the natural characteristics of traditional Chinese-style courtyard. Both the lane layout and moon-shape gates make the winding path leading to a secluded spot.

The architectural construction of Stream Yard is exquisite in details. Lavishly wide yard and changing views by steps meet residents’ affection to yard. Cornices are like great hawk spreading wings, making the building itself a beautiful scenery.

Jiangnan Yard Phase I of Gaochun Park was delivered in December 2020. Through nearly two years’ construction, Phase II submitted a wonderful paper to residents on wonderful life again.

The planning and design of Phase II follow the traditional ritual sequence of Chinese culture. Residents could find the beauty in the details of water yard, lanes, flowers, stones, bamboo and even shadow, feeling already at home during delivery because of careful service, warm staff and well-decorated delivery site.
