State Council Issued 4 Rescue Measures for Aged-care Services

Recently, the executive meeting of State Council determined the rescue measures to support aged-care and school-age child care services, mainly including 1) any MSMEs or self-employed households in the aged-care and school-age child care industries who rent state-owned real estate shall be exempt from the rent till the end of this year; 2) where conditions are available, the region should carry out effective measures to support the leaser of non-state-owned real estate to derate rent; 3) refund the stock completely and the increment monthly of VAT credit for aged-care and school-age child care industries; 4) within this year, all regions should derate six taxes and two expenses according to the highest standard.
