From August 22nd to 25th, in extreme hot days, Anya Garden of Wuzhen Graceland launched the first flat acceptance. Near 100 staff from Engineering Department, Marketing Department, Integrated Management Department, Real Estate Management Department and Supervision Company attended the acceptance. 11 households’ residents were also invited to join in the acceptance.

Wuzhen Graceland team has the common will that creating a better hometown. They spent more than 1000 days and nights to display a beautiful Anya Garden. From the external façade to the Garden’s landscape to internal decoration, Anya Garden is trying to make perfection more perfect.  

When the market is attempting to guarantee a timely delivery, Wuzhen Graceland is insisting “advanced delivery” standard for Anya Garden. For example, at the aspect of landscape building, for a better greening at the delivery, Anya Garden began to plant and cultivate plants one years ago.

The interior decoration standard is quite strict. For example, the deviation of square degree of inside and outside corners should not more than 2mm, the gap between the cabinet and the wall surface should be less than 1.5 mm and other accuracy requirements such as no wrinkle or corrugation on wall paper surface.

In the past two years, staff of Engineering Department monitored the site during the daytime and organized reviewing meeting in the evening no matter what kind of weather it is. They keep to correct defects and improve the Project. Today’s achievement is resulted from such responsible attitude and effort without fear to hardship.

Delivery Exceeding Residents’ Expectation

The one acceptance one flat will be held for several rounds in August and September, for examining and fixing any small flaws. There is no success without any reason.  All success is the result of countless staff’s hard effort and sweat.
