Two Ministries: Set up 100000 Home-based Elderly Care Beds for Seniors in Financial Difficulty

Recently, Ministry of Civil Affairs and Ministry of Finance issued a notice. According to the Notice, they would set up 100000 home-based elderly care beds and 200000 person-time door-to-door home-based elderly care service for disabled and partially disabled seniors in finance difficulty by the support from the Central special lottery public welfare fund.
