Implementation of Jiangsu Elderly Service Rules Since Thins December

Recently, the 32nd Session of 13th Standing Committee of the NPC of Jiangsu Province passed Jiangsu Elderly Service Rules. It will begin implementation since December 1st 2022. It contains 86 clauses in 10 chapters. They mainly talked about basic elderly services, the design planning and construction of elderly service facilities, home-based community elderly services, institute elderly services, services combined healthcare and elderly care, supporting policies, supervision and management and legal liabilities.
