Three Ministries Strictly Prohibit Aged Care Institutes from Offering Illegal Healthcare Services

Recently, the Office of National Health Committee jointly with the Office of Civil Affairs Ministry and the General Department of National Traditional Chinese Medicine Bureau issued the Notice on Prohibiting Aged Care Institutes from Offering Illegal Healthcare Services. The Notice prohibits unqualified institutes or personnel from offering medical services, prohibits from offering clinical services out of operation range, punishes related illegal activities, strictly standardizes all medical services and carries out strict supervision management and improves publicity and education.
