Exquisite Sense of Ritual and Gift for Sculpting in Time

In the past year, seasons and festival folk custom have been brought new for happy gathering of families. In 2022, Graceland has held 31 activities in 16 important seasons. More than 2500 resident attended.

Sense of Ritual in Festivals

In Graceland, celebrations during the lunar New Year and Mi-autumn Day holiday have been fixed traditional festival activities.

Besides traditional festivals, Graceland also brought diversified scenarios and benefits based on resources in the Park.

Extend More Positive Possibilities

In 2022, Graceland continued to work with different resources for richer life content and boundary. It led residents to live better in a bigger circle.

02 LOHAS COURSES

Borderless Enthusiasm and Infinite Possibilities in Life

In the past year, residents became confident in studying again with improved hardware facilities, neighbors with common interests and friendly atmosphere. Here, they met better themselves.

Chinese ink painting introduced you to meet the beauty of nature. By practicing calligraphy, you could be calm in mind when writing. Madams performed their love to life in their dress dances.

Graceland also created abundant courses for little residents, from quality training, such as calligraphy, fine arts, Lego and Children boxing, to comprehensive ability improvement, such as Wonder Summer Holiday Camp and Yoyo Deer Nature Day Nursery. Children could made friends in games.

03 Residents Clubs

Shimmer Gathers Connecting Mutual Power

In the past one year, residents knew each other more deeply. The interaction and exchange among them became more active. They set up 4 new residents clubs by themselves. It was the inner idea and common value among residents that made Graceland more vigorous.

Dance Show Club

In the two years after setup, the club has had more than 10 active members. For all members, dance is not only a kind of health lifestyle, but a kind of social activity to make them relaxed.

Peking Opera Club

Although they were in old ages, they had no senility. Sirs and madams won bursts of applause from neighbors for their positive spirit and joyful mentality.

Wu Ai Wu Photography Club

Find the happiness in the life. Fix it by camera. Members of Photography Club continued to collect wonderful moments in the life.

Yuedu Reading Club

The Reading Club was established in May. It has more than 20 members. They had organized Half-An-Hour Reading Salon, Poem Recitation and other activities. They made friends by books and understood good life by reading.

ChangXiang Chorus

The Chorus was also established in May. It has more than 30 members now. They actively participated in all kinds of activities and showed their elegant bearing by melodious voice.

Fresh Breeze of Lotus Pool Painting Club

The Club was set up in June. It has more than 20 members now. Residents who liked painting gathered to talked about painting skills and made life more colorful.

Angling Club

The Club was also set up in June. It was a platform by which angling enthusiasts exchanged and organized activities. Members gathered at Graceland and enjoy fishing moments together at intevals.

04 Joint-Building Community

Joint Establishment of A Warm Community

In the past one year, Graceland with its residents created scenarios and platforms for mutual understanding and help. A closer and warmer big family has been established.

Closer Neighborhood

The key word in 2022 for Graceland was “neighbor”. Residents felt the life full of warmth by Neighborhood Life Festival and Neighbor Family Feast. The community harmony became deeper.

A Joint-established Spiritual Homeland

Sharing has become one method to deliver kindness and express idea. Grand Life Master Sharing Salon and Residents Sharing Salon continued to offer power to the growth of a harmonious spirit & culture homeland with abundant content.

Caring Growth of Children

In the past, Graceland always care children. “Childhood Sharing” Plan and summer holiday camp gradually developed into a world for children to play and grow up.

For A Bigger Stage

Family members grew up together in the past time. We go to a bigger stage. Resident club presents conference was held successfully which represented the beginning of new stage of resident joint-establishment.

Graceland Exhibition Hall has moved to the scenery area. Works of residents would be enjoyed by more people.

Graceland Welcome Party was in preparation.

In 2022, Graceland has received more residents. Lohas team had more trials and breakthroughs, and also gained affirmation and support. The mutual help and happiness made us to love the lifestyle at Graceland more. In 2023, we will keep on to find more good possibilities in life together with residents.
