Yada Yixing Park Held 2023 Spring Festival Work Mobilization Conference

On the afternoon of February 7th, “Agglomerate Mental Efforts and Go Bravely On” Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park 2023 Spring Festival Work Mobilization Conference was held at the lecture theater of Yada Academy. By commending the advanced and mobilization & deployment, Yada Yixing Park blew the assembly horn at beginning of the lunar New Year to gather up all confidence and specific goal for a sustainable and healthy development.



Deputy General Manager of Yixing Park Mr. Miao Jiliang hosted the meeting. Deputy General Manager Mr. Tan Haimin firstly reported the construction and operation status of the Park. In 2022, Yada Theater was completed and came into service. Yada Panasonic Community was delivered in advance. Yada Hospital began operation. The international brand Unbound Collection of Hyatt was signed to settle in the Town Subcenter. The business pattern of the Town Center was continuously enriched. The Golden Autumn Lantern Festival lightened up the night economy in the south mountain area of Yixing. Yada Academy offered wider range of courses and various club activities. The level of catering service and property management were orderly improved, gaining praise from community residents.



Deputy General Manager of the Park Ms. Tang Yazhi announced the Decisions on Commending Advanced Group and Excellent Employees 2022. Engineering Department I and Finance Department were honored the Annual Advanced Group award. 10 employees from different departments were honored the Annual Excellent Employee title.



To set up performance-driven managemental model and effectively implement comprehensive budgetary management, the Park signed business objectives statement of responsibility with the Engineering Department, the Marketing Department, the Commerce Company, Yada Academy, the Food & Beverage Service Department, the Fitness Center and the Tea Company.



Responsible person of the marketing sector, the engineering sector and the food & beverage sector made their statements on work objectives and key business plans around their own work. They said, from this new beginning, they would integrate responsibilities into daily work and make all efforts to ensure the completion of the annual objectives and duties.



At the end of the Conference, General Manager of the Park Mr. Liu Naifa gave a mobilization speech. In the past one year, facing with severe macro environment and diversified difficulties & challenges, all staff of the Park went against the trend with original intention and same objective, delivered a hard-won answer sheet of development achievements. In the New Year, Yixing Park will insist on the problem-oriented mode, handle the relationship of survival & development and present & long-term properly from the top to the fundamental levels. Under the concept of “Two Improvements” (e.g., construction & operation quality improvement and operation & management level improvement) and “Two Constructions” (e.g., the construction of ability and work style), Yada will focus on objectives, enhance responsibilities as well as improve construction, operation quality and efficiency for a stronger brand. With the guidance of company core value “Take the Righteous Path for a Greater Future”, Yada team will insist the concept of “Efficient, Practical, Excellent and Win-Win”, work hard , be realistic & practical, overcome difficulties and gather up strength, making new contribution to a sustainable and healthy development.
