According to the circular, by 2025, the health literacy level of Chinese residents should not be lower than 25 percent; By 2030, the health literacy level of all residents should not be less than 30 percent. At the same time, each village (community) is equipped with one to two family health instructors, and by the end of 2025, more than 90% of villages (communities) will be covered, basically achieving full coverage; By the end of 2030, 100% of villages (communities) will be covered.
