Promote the construction of senior care service talent team, guide all localities to implement the special policy documents on strengthening the construction of senior care service talent team, and build a high-quality talent team with the focus on senior care workers, nursing home deans, and elderly social workers. Crack down on fraud involving the elderly, based on the responsibilities of the civil affairs department, do a solid job of preventing and resolving fraud such as illegal fund-raising in the field of elderly care services, and strengthen daily supervision and management; We will strengthen the supervision of advance charges of elderly care institutions and comprehensively reduce the risk of fraud such as illegal fund-raising in the field of elderly care services.
