National Health Committee and National Medical Security Bureau Newly Formed

According to the Plan to Deepen Reform of the Party and State Institutions adopted by the Third Plenary Session on the 19th Central Committee, China will form the National Health Committee to replace the National Health and Family Planning Committee, and establish the National Medical Security Bureau integrating responsibilities of many original Ministries and Committees to improve the government efficiency.
