Date:2018.07.24

It is reported that Google's smart home business department Nest is considering the development of new products, the goal is to help the elderly to live independently as long as possible. Nest has approached nursing institutions and geriatric specialists to discuss product application issues. Nest used to announce some ideas for optimizing the products of American elderly, including using motion sensors to automatically turn on lighting, helping the elderly to go to the bathroom at night, or notifying the elderly who exercise in high temperatures in order to reduce the risk of dehydration or predict a fall that may pose a threat to life. These ideas are currently in the discussion stage and are uncertain whether they could be transformed into commodities.
