Yada Held Asset Management Work Thematic Meeting

On June 14th 2019, Yada Asset Management Work Thematic Meeting was held at Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park. Chairman of Yada International and Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning, Managing Directors of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Ping and Mr. Dong Huanbo, Vice Presidents Mr. Li Suiching, Mr. Xu Bin and Mr. Liu Naifa, General Manager of Yada Real Estate Mr. Zhu Haoyi and the asset management team members from Yada Wuzhen, Yixing and Gaochun Projects attended the meeting.

In the meeting, the asset management team gave a report on corporate asset holdings and management, establishment of commercial asset management company, business proposals of Youth Plaza and Nursing Center, etc. Participants present had an in-depth exchange and discussion on the report from different perspectives.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning gave an overall and systematic picture on the three projects’ development & construction concept as well as commercial asset management. He pointed out that, Yada’s three projects are different from traditional real estate ones in the development mode. In Yada Parks, there are more supporting facilities, holding categories and larger scale than common real estate projects. Yada focuses on providing long-term and sustainable services to the residents. Also, Yada is equipped with sustainable service & operation team in healthcare, nursing, spirit & culture and commercial management, besides its planning & construction team, marketing team and property management team.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning stressed that, this meeting aims to further discuss and clarify the work ideas of asset management, form the common opinion and put it into practice based on the corporate operation concept. Commercial asset management is not for the corporate future benefits, but to provide the Parks with sustainable operation service guarantee. Now there has not been successful mode for healthcare & aged-care park commercial asset management. As the industrial leader, Yada has to explore and trial during practice, and become professional by concentration. All zones and business should set up a game of chess idea, share and interact, eliminate the short board, help each other forward, continue to improve, keep innovation in operation, service & management, and insist quality first principle to create more values for residents and clients.
