Chairman of CMG Mr. Li Jianhong Visits Yada Yangxian Xishan

On December 18th 2019, Chairman of Yada International and Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning received Chairman of China Merchants Group Mr. Li Jianhong, and accompanied CMG guests to Ageless Center, Yada Academy, Town Canteen and other supporting facilities as well as the wellness residential demonstration zones Lake and Bamboo.

During the visit, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning introduced Yada’s mode of creating integrated parks to provide aged-care service to CMG senior management. Focusing on the themes of wellness and aged-care, Yada provides elderly-oriented residence with comprehensive supporting facilities including fitness, healthcare, culture, sports, recreation and commercial service. Both sides then had an in-depth exchange on each business pattern and operation experience of the aged-care industry. In the meeting, Chairman, Mr. Jiang Jianning gave a further explanation on Yada’s difference from the traditional real estate development mode. He stressed out that, what Yada sells is not only the house, but a healthy living product interpreting new lifestyle and a spiritual product providing lasting care and services.
