Closer Partnership Built Between Yada and Panasonic

On December 25th 2019, Chairman of Yada International and Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning met Panasonic Delegation at Yixing Yada Yangxian Xishan and held the 4th Yada & Panasonic Senior Management Joint Working Conference.

CEO of Panasonic China & Northeast Asia Company Mr. Tetsuro Homma, Senior Vice President Mr. Kiyoshi Otaki, Managing Officer Mr. Lin Nan and General Manager of Panasonic China Mr. Wu Liang attended the meeting with their work team.

In the meeting, both sides reviewed significant work progress made and remarkable degree of consensus on the community concept, planning and design, production application, etc. through intense consultation during the past half year since the commencement of Yada Panasonic Community cooperation. They also arranged a detailed advancement plan for the next stage.

Meanwhile, both sides had an in-depth exchange on carrying out long-term down-to-earth strategic cooperation based on the concept of “Starting from Cooperation Community and Looking Forward to Aged-care Industry”, and reached consensus.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning gave an analysis on the far-reaching significance of joint building community. It does not only mean a cooperation on construction, but also the integration of two industries. He firmly believed that Yada Panasonic Community would be the example in healthcare and aged-care industries and a new “name card” of the Hundred-year Panasonic. CEO Mr. Tetsuro Homma valued the cooperation with Yada during the innovation and transformation of Panasonic. Its special strategic significance asks for arrangements from higher level. He also emphasized to strengthen high profile visit, summarize highlights during cooperation and work together for a bright future .

In the meeting, both sides signed the new Strategic MOU.
