Yada Aged-care Industrial Fund Investors Meeting 2019 Held

On December 27th 2019, Yada Aged-care Industrial Fund Investors Meeting 2019 was successfully held at Yada Yangxian Xishan in Yixing, Jiangsu. Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning, investor representatives of Yada Aged-care Industrial Fund, Partner of IDG and Yada Capital Mr. Li Jianguang, Managing Directors of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Ping, Ms. Gao Xiang and Mr. Dong Huanbo, Vice Presidents Mr. Li Suiching and Ms. Song Liying, and General Manager of Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Co. Mr. Zhu Haoyi attended the meeting.

In the meeting, General Manager Mr. Zhu Haoyi introduced the development, construction progress, operation and future plan of the Fund’s three projects in detail, namely Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park, Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park (Yada Yangxian Xishan) and Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park. Up to now, the three projects are moving forward as planned and their key components have been completed and delivered into service one after another.

Managing Director Mr. Dong Huanbo reported the finance operation of the Fund since its founding to investors in detail, and gave an explanation on the 2019 profit forecast.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning summarized the Fund’s overall annual state of operation in 2019. He said, Yada management team with a unity of purpose and unremitting efforts from all staff would eventually set an example worthy of reference for China’s healthcare and aged-care industries. He also shared the original intention to found Yada and the corporate value of Virtue for Future. The ultimate mission for Yada Aged-care Fund is to create value for shareholders and reward society with its success.

Investors gave full affirmation to the Fund on its projects’ development & promotion progress and operational quality, as well as highly spoke of the Fund’s determination on exploring healthcare and aged-care industries. All participants also had an in-depth discussion on hot topics including the domestic & overseas aged-care & healthcare industrial trends and Yada’s development direction in the future.

Yada Aged-care Fund is jointly set up by Yada and IDG Capital focusing on the healthcare and aged-care industries. On April 12th 2017, the Fund successfully passed the review of China Asset Management Association, and was awarded the certificate as the Private Equity Fund Manager with the serial number P1062350.
