Yada Yangxian Xishan Town Center North Square Completed

At the beginning of 2020, the North Entrance Square of Yada Yangxian Xishan Town Center was completed and came into use. The Town Center is taking shape.

Town Center, covering about 100,000㎡ with floor area of nearly 45,000㎡, is used as both the town’s life service supporting center and tourist center of Yangxian National Tourism Vocation Zone. The North Square is the core component to connect functions of the north area. It locates to the south of the Lakeside Park, and connects to the Town Canteen and Yada Academy in the west, to the Lake Community in the east.

Besides exclusive position, the North Square has originality in design and landscape construction. Based on the local geomorphic conditions such as terrain, plantation and waters, designers combine the natural mountains and rivers with the Project’s architectures and landscape for a grand spectacle with humanity and Jiangnan artistic conception.

A memorial archway stands at the entrance. There is a horizontal inscribed board on it with four large Chinese characters “Yang Xian Xi Shan”. It is written by Chinese craft master Mr. Xu Xiutang. The calligraphy is vigorous, forceful, clever and free. Through the memorial archway, we can see a Jiangnan-style picture that eaves echo far mountains, light reflects on the lake surface, gallery bridge crosses over the water. It is like the environment described in a verse “small bridge, flowing water and household”. On the other side of the water, two one-hundred-year-old camphor trees tower to the sky. Designers create a landmark place based on the scenery – Camphor Tree Square.

Yada Yangxian Xishan, a boutique, beautiful and healthy aged-care life destination, has a land of 6100 mu (about 4.1 million square meters) with 8 billion yuan total investment. The Project uses open and sharing concepts to create a health ecological park integrating wellness & aged-care, leisure & tourism, culture & art exhibition and organic agriculture. On August 10th 2017, the project agreement was entered into. Now it is under construction according to schedule. The Reception Center, Realistic Demonstration Area, Lakeside Park, Dongpo Pavilion, Ageless Center, Town Canteen, Culture & Art Center, Yada Life Bookstore and other zones have been successively completed and come into service. With the completion of the North Square, Yangxian Xishan Town Center will have more improved functions. The Project team will keep create high-quality products and deliver more beautiful life content in 2020.
