Beijing Regulations on Optimizing Business Environment Implemented Today

The Regulations of Beijing Municipality on Optimizing Business Environment has been formally implemented on April 28th 2020, declaring that the legalization of business environment in the capital has entered a new stage.

According to Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the Regulations, relevant departments of the city has grasped the window period from the promulgation of the Regulations to the implementation, and began to study & formulate supporting policy measures immediately after the promulgation. Up to now, 18 supporting policy documents have been issued, and 4 system platforms have been improved. Many matters involving enterprises and ordinary people are undergoing changes.
