Wuzhen Yada IHEP Held series Activities for Yada 10th Anniversary

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Yada, Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park held varied kinds of collective activities at different zones to display Yada people’s indiligence, expertise and teamwork spirit. They also saluted to the past 10 years for Yada’s exploration in healthcare, aged-care and tourism industries and expressed their wishes to go forward along with the company by these activities.

On April 8th, Yada Greentown Property Management Company launched the team building with the theme of “Yada and I Continue the Righteous Path” that kicked off the series celebration of Wuzhen Yada IHEP. The activity, from the 8th to 16th, was made of Skill Competition, Happy Team Building and Site-visit and Exchange of Three Parks. The property management staff from three Parks attended the activities above. They had a better understanding on the corporate core value of “Virtue for Future”, and had a ruthless determination to offer better property management service for the Parks’ residents by the Activity.  

On April 14th, Yada Real Estate held the staff activity of “Yada and I Painting”. Participants drew the Graceland in their eyes on the cultural T-shirts with the Yada 10th anniversary logo. They also completed a Graceland Family Tree with their finger prints. That represented they grew up with Graceland which was impressive. On 21st, Graceland Real Estate staff first learned the progress and achievement of Yi Garden and went to climbing, which showed their braveness and spirit to tackle difficulties.

With the nursing principles of “Respecting the elderly as Family”, Pine Care Yada (Wuzhen) Elderly Center organized the Nursing Skill Competition on 15th to celebrate Yada’s 10th anniversary. The activity aimed to improve the nursing level of the Center by appraisal. After the Competition, the Center’s staff held “Painting 10th Anniversary Drawing” activity to send their best wishes to Yada.

In the past ten years, Yada people marched forward together with the unified goal. Wuzhen Yada Park specially held “Yada Ten Years Run for Dream” activity on April 17th. The  running route was like the Chinese character “上（upward）” that meant the Yada people’s spirit to be brave for challenges, self-breakthrough and difficulties, as well as best wishes to the corporate business.

Alila Wuzhen expressed its wishes in the manner of hotelier. On April 19th, the Hotel organized Staff Skill Competition. Staff from service section, such as F&B and Housekeeping, were tested their skills based on high rating hotel standards. The activity aimed to promote the work spirit of “keeping improving”. In the afternoon, the Hotel held a tug-of-war competition. All staff felt the power of unity and understood the meaning of “An organization which has unity of purpose will win”.

On April 23rd, Wuzhen Wellness Company carried out the team building with the theme of “Yada and I Together”. In the activity, the food sculpture works “雅达匠心（Yada Originality）” was impressive for its innovation. All participants made a special board for Yada 10th anniversary by pasting their smile photos. Each detail displayed the sincere of the staff to the company, and the work style that Yada people focused on details and pursued the perfection within their capacity.

Zhejiang Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital is the main part of the healthcare zone of Wuzhen Yada IHEP. Based on its patient-oriented service mission, the Hospital organized a series of theme activities from April 24th to 29th, including the rehabilitation skill competition, clinical physician’s medical record appraisal, emergency nursing skill competition and the speech competition with the theme of “Yada and I”. These activities were helpful to enhance the rigorous work style, improve expertise in rehabilitation medicine and deliver the treasure to Yada brand and sense of belonging to the company from Yada medical people.

Wuzhen Yada IHEP is the first Park invested by Yada. It integrates leisure, healthcare and aged-care functions into one. It is also the sample project of Yada compound park for elderly. After years’ construction, it has fully come into service. In virtue of completed functions and high-quality service, it has gained wide praise from the industry and the clients. The series activities displayed its excellent operating ability in wellness & aged care, healthcare & medicine and leisure & tourism, and can be regarded as a wonderful report on Yada ten year’s development.
