Efficient Epidemic Prevention for Nanjing Gaochun Graceland Safety

Recently, the repeated outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic made the prevention situation more severe. Nanjing Gaochun Graceland carried out the prevention and control measures in a strict and accurate manner to set up a protection wall for the community’s residents.

Upon being informed about the pandemic situation, Gaochun Graceland property service team activated the prevention contingency plan immediately. They shut down all secondary entrances of the community, and enhanced the management and control on the main entrance. Any person who accessed to the community should present his/her health code and be measured the body temperature. Any unnecessary access had been prohibited.

Meanwhile, the team improved all residents’ awareness on the epidemic prevention. The life housekeepers helped the quarantined residents to purchase daily necessities and delivered to their home. They also assisted the community workers with indoor investigation. With the authorization, they helped the residents who could not return back to Gaochun due to the epidemic to water flowers and plants, invited test personnel to offer home test for the elderly who were inconvenient out.

The unexpected outbreak became a test to the property service team on their management ability and service quality.
