21 Departments: Promote the Formation of "15-Minute" Aged-care Service Circle

Recently, 21 departments including the National Development and Reform Commission, the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Education, etc. jointly issued the 14th Five-year Public Service Plan. The Plan puts forward that until 2025, the public service system should be more perfect as to the government guarantees basic and the society participates multifariously. The co-constructing and sharing pattern of public service supply has basically taken shape and people's wellbeing has reached a new level. In terms of aged-care, the Plan supports the construction of community service facilities to meet comprehensive functions and promote the formation of a "15-minute" aged-care service circle.
