GTS | Dialogue with Life —— Wuzhen Graceland Anya Garden

Wuzhen has rich historical and cultural value. In ten years ago, the site location was a farm. Now it has been created into a scenery area.With fresh breeze and beautiful view, living here is convenient and full of joy. That can be called “prosperity outside and tranquility inside”.

In the north, Anya Garden faces to Yada Youth Plaza only on the other side of road. In such a small town with beautiful scenery, residents could enjoy the urban prosperity. It is close to the one-hundred mu wetland. When the fresh breeze flows, egrets fly in group in the sky. In the natural environment, the tranquility of time comes.

Walk around Baima Lake. The lake water glistens. The willows dance with wind. That is the interaction between life and nature.

Anya Garden innovatively sets up an around 4000 m2 Jiangnan-style park in the modern and fashionable architecture, forming a kind of distinctive contrast of art. Designers combine the beauty of oriental architecture and the artistic conception of Suzhou-style garden perfectively, creating a desirable Peach Garden.

Far away from urban noise, be with egrets and fresh breeze. Life is like a song of four seasons. That is an ideal life that many people expect to live.

Pavilions, floras, mountains and waters … they change with seasons, offering different landscapes.

Bridges and wandering flowing water are well spaced. With pillars of height proper to buildings, the garden style offers a park hotel atmosphere.

Through moon-shape gate, walk along the outdoor corridors and feel the breeze flow through hair. Fresh air is so good and sunshine is proper.

Wander along the landscape lane around the river. Tree shadows whirl. Enjoying on the other lakeside is another feeling.

Creating a very fashion home in a pure Jiangnan-style garden combine the beauty of Chinese tradition and the beauty of modern architecture.

In the clusters, there are a large lawn, a children playground, theme parks and other supporting facilities among buildings, making daily life more colorful.

Different from common landscape design, sophisticated landscape can be seen everywhere. Varied kinds of landscape forming methods enable view to change with steps. Designers’ intention can be felt in every detail.

The 9-kilometer long outdoor corridor links all multi-story buildings and high-rise apartments in the Garden. Residents could go out freely no matter what kind of weather it is.

Blue sky and white clouds reflect on the façade, creating fashion sense and integrating buildings into the environment well. That is a unique landscape.
