Yada Creates Landscape Residential Space and Enriches New Tourism Pattern

Yada International Health Park Development Co., Ltd. paid the tax payment of exceeding 200 million yuan in the fourth consecutive year. Yangxian Xishan Project has been honored the “Gold Project” for several times. In the past five years, Yada roots in Yixing and developed with the city.

In the new stage, Yada wrote an infusive stroke in the big blueprint of all-for-one tourism of Yixing by abundant tourism pattern, improved residential quality and wonderful cultural activities.

Yada Hospital, adjoining to Yada Yangxian Xishan, has begun soft opening on this January 18th. It is not only one important supporting facility at the sojourn and wellness & aged care zone of Yangxian Xishan, but also a comprehensive modern hospital in front of the door of residents at mountain area south of Yixing.

During the spring festival, Yixing Yada Hospital received the first group of check-up clients from Xishan Town. In recent days, many citizens nearby came to the Hospital for treatment and medicine, enjoying convenient medical service from the new Hospital in front of doors. As a comprehensive hospital, Yada Hospital is equipped with an Outpatient Building, an Inpatient Building, an Expert Building and first-class medical equipment. It will not only offer a guarantee for residents on their health, but also further improve Yangxian Ecotourism Zone’s ability in healthcare and comprehensive medical service.

Around the new concept of tourism development of “dwelling of heart and sojourn”, Yada has created new business pattern in the big blueprint of all-for-one tourism of Yixing. Since the conclusion of the Project agreement, it has been more than five years, during which the construction was in full bloom.

Besides the amazing Yada Hospital, Yada Theater also came into service in last year, successfully becoming a charming “Living Room” of the Resort.

Not long ago, Yada Panasonic Community was grandly delivered. In virtue of the cooperation with Panasonic, it completely enabled Panasonic’s people-oriented intelligent system in the largest scale in the world.

It was noteworthy that in last November the international high-end brand hotel Unbound Collection by Hyatt was signed at Yada Yangxian Xishan. So far, there were only 36 hotels in the world, among which only 8 hotels in Asian-Pacific region. The hotel was under construction in full swing. Roof-topping works for the Hotel has been completed. Now it was refining the interior decoration design. Yada with Hyatt Group created a new benchmark for Yangtze River Delta tourism development under an international design concept. It would become the new highlight of all-for-one tourism in Yixing.

Till now since contract signing, we have witnessed the continuous upgrading of business pattern at Yada Yangxian Xishan. Yada Academy does not only offer colorful courses, but also organized featured culture lectures. In the New Year, it will invite more culture celebrities to enhance the cultural atmosphere at the Resort.
